DIVERSE WORK EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND IN DIFFERENT SPORTS

Our strengths include diverse work experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. In addition, we have a strong knowledge of several sports, such as endurance sports, cross-country skiing and running. Diverse skills and knowledge can also be found in various ball sports and athletics. In addition, we also have experience in coaching and multi-professional cooperation in occupational health care and sports - not forgetting the elderly and people with reduced mobility.

Due to its location, Vuokatti Sport Fysiopoli offers a great setting with training conditions and venues. We can carry out physiotherapy in the swimming pool, on the jogging path, on the track or even in the gym! All of these venues can be found within a 5 min radius of our physiotherapy facility; from the end of "Pallohalli". Together we will face your challenge. We will analyze your situation and draw up a physiotherapy plan with exercises, taking the necessary measures into account. Cooperation e.g. with a doctor or coach is a natural and important part of rehabilitation. In physiotherapy, we emphasize being pro-active. We strive to improve the client's ability to function and help treat pain.

Fysiotherapy 60 min – 60 €

Fysiotherapy 45 min – 50 €

Fysiotherapy 30 min – 30 €

Kinesio Taping as separate procedure 15 – 20 €

Muscle Balance Measurement – 120€ (incl. an analysis, reporting and prescribed exercises), follow-up session according to the prices above.

 

Services provided: Kinesio Taping, Fascia treatments, Manual Therapy, Acupuncture, Muscle Strength and Mobility Measurements, Therapeutic Training, Sports Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation.

We also provice support services for courses and sports club camps organized at Vuokatti Sport, as well as club cooperation (for example expert lectures, movement analyzes, muscle balance surveys, muscle maintenance and guidance exercises).
